RATES AND BOOKING
A seven-day rental of the Beach House is
available from US$2400.
The rental charge assumes up to 8 people
occupying four double bedrooms.
The basic charge covers the following:
- Pick-up from, and return to, Sangster
International airport, Montego Bay
- Daily room cleaning
- 24-hour security provided by our live-in staff
- Supervision for some water sports
activities.
The Beach House is rented on a self-catering
basis. Guests who prefer this option
can submit
a shopping list before they leave home so that the
kitchen is fully stocked when they arrive. We can

also provide a chef on a
daily or full-time basis, as required. To discuss

Terms and conditions:
- Bookings are not confirmed until a 25 per
cent deposit has been received

The Beach House can be hired, subject to
availability, for wedding receptions and other
weekend functions.
